The Castle Inn boasts four Stars from the AA, gained in January 2015.

Refurbished in 2014, The Castle boasts a traditional Inn with wonderful views, and full of real history, built on the summit of where the first civil war took place. The Castle has two large double rooms with four posters with views of a magnificant outlook, A quirky family room, and a ground floor small double room. Dining for up to 70 guests, a large garden area, perfect for weddings and functions and a private dining room for up to 30 guests. Private Car Parking up to 20 Cars, WiFi within the pub, all rooms our en suite, with tea and coffee making facilities and digital TVs.
